Its nothing sexuell, because I want a character I love really mutch as a really good picture.

In short, there are no artists, or very few.
We collect art and catalogue it, for posterity. We aren't artists.
These forums are for managing things like tag specifications, bugs, or just technical things in general.
There's no idle chat in these forums, they're pretty professional.
If you want artists, you're better off contacting them personally, or going in other forums.
I'm sorry if you were disappointed.
What you're looking for is a commision.
I suggest browsing for deviantArt, pixiv, or even a social network.
Find someone with a style closer to what you want and contact the person directly.
Be considerate and ask about their availability, prices and what their willing to draw.
