Censored is for external censorship (things that are outside the scene, like bars or mosaics) while convenient censoring is for internal censorship (things that are inside the scene, like convenient hair or steam). So I'd say this should imply convenient censoring instead.
There are also some cases under light censor where the censorship is just a magic white blob rather than actual light rays. Those cases need to be cleaned up.
As for light beam, it's just a redundant tag. It should be aliased or nuked.

Do they? There's nothing in light censor stating it is only for rays of light and not orbs of light or diffraction spikes or the use of backlighting to censor an image and it's counterintuitive to suggest that it should be.
I was thinking more of cases like post #3516851. That doesn't seem like actual light to me. You're right though that things like lens flares or backlighting can be also used as light censors, not just light rays.
