vaporizer/e-cigarette tag

Reason: I think this will help people find their pulmonary embolism machines a little easier. There are different things that can be vaporized, especially nicotine, but THC and other things can be used as well, not just replacements for combustion cigarettes. I couldn't figure out the current tag for e-cigarettes for a while so I think this may help others searching forthem. Juul is the most widely popular of the the devices and "Juuling" is used as a verb like Googling is.

There are also related devices called heat-not-burn products, which heat a substance like tobacco or weed or whatever to create a vapor rather than through combustion, distinct from the process of vaporizers. That's a bit of a different product but for our purposes they should probably just have the same tag.

Is "vaporizer pen" the most common term for these devices nowadays? That's a phrase I haven't seen before.

Vaporizer or vape are probably used more, it looks like the difference between bike and bicycle to me. 'Pen' may be too specific a designation as these can come in different form factors like pods or fake pipes, I changed it to just vaporizer

Of all those tags, only electronic_cigarette is actually used, so I find most of the aliases useless. I’d support aliasing e-cigarette to electronic_cigarette, though, to make finding it a bit easier.

Vaporizer is too ambiguous because there are other things called 'vaporizer' too.

-1 for the same reasons that kittey mentioned. When I think of electronic cigarettes, I don't think vaporizer, and vice versa.
