tag implication #9325 square_4koma -> 4koma has been rejected.

Reason: This was recently discussed in the last couple of pages of topic #15909 (General Tag Cleaning).

The page 4koma used to say that 4komas are vertical comics. (forum #144074 talked a bit about this over 1 year ago) But apparently horizontal and square 4komas also exist, so I removed the "vertical" part from the wiki.

I also populated square_4koma. (I had used the name square comic, but apparently the tag would be for 4komas only so I changed it to square 4koma)

The tag square_4koma now has around 700 posts, which are currently also tagged 4koma.
