[APPROVED] Pretty series implications

BUR #2075 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

create implication pretty_rhythm -> pretty_(series)
create implication pripara -> pretty_(series)
create implication idol_time_pripara -> pripara
create implication kiratto_pri_chan -> pretty_(series)

Reason: I remember seeing topic #15156 and wondered where it went, so I decided to remake it with some improvements. It should function like the Idolmaster tag if I've done this correctly.

king_of_prism_by_prettyrhythm already implies pretty rhythm, wouldn't having it imply pretty (series) end up redundant?
