Whoops. I started changing it from big hat to big headwear. I'll move what I've changed from big_headwear to large hat to fit with this request, and leave the rest alone. Sorry about that. I wouldn't have done that if the "This tag is part of an ongoing discussion..." message was at the top rather than the bottom.

The tag alias big_hat -> large_hat has conflicting wiki pages. large_hat should be updated to include information from big_hat if necessary.
