I want to the navbar to follow my search with im putting it on order:score, is this possible at all?

It's not possible. For technical reasons, the navbar doesn't support order:score or other non-default orderings.

For the default id-based order, finding the next post is fast and easy. For other orderings, it's more complicated and generally a lot slower. You can see how slow it is if you search touhou order:score limit:1 and try to navigate between pages. It's slow enough that it's likely to timeout for regular members.
