[APPROVED] [BUR] Honkai Impact 3 title update

BUR #2006 has been approved by @NWF_Renim.

mass update honkai_impact_3 -> honkai_impact_3rd

Reason: Took me a while to finally realise when I was originally going through getting Honkai Impact's title all sorted out before I tackled the character Wikis that I'd been using the SEA title (Honkai Impact 3) instead of the correct game title itself which China, Japan, Korean, and Global use - "Honkai Impact 3rd".

After this change goes through would the implication for honkai_impact_3rd -> honkai_(series) be re-applied as well?
