mass update aoba_moka -> aoba_moca

Reason: This is the romanization used by official sources, including the english version of the game and the Japanese and English websites (game JP, anime JP, game EN). Besides being official, this romanization is far more prevalent online; while the numbers fluctuate, Google returns at least 10 times the results for "Aoba Moca" than "Aoba Moka." (Also note that for "Aoba Moka," many results are boorus, e.g this site and the sites that autoupload from us using our tags.)

I don't think howto:romanize's instruction to ignore official spellings is relevant here, because her name is spelled モカ and there's a history of wiggle-room with katakana names.

I don't think "モカ" has any native Japanese meaning, but it is used as the borrowing for "mocha". I would guess this would have been the creator's intent for the name, but romanization often gets quite creative in Japan, and "ch" for "k" isn't at all common in English. "Mocha" would explain the choice of a 'c' in any case. For Western(ish) borrowings or completely made up (non-Japanese) names, we usually go with the official spellings.
