Since it's not in every image under the 69 tag, I propose following tags:

• mutual_cunnilingus - for when both parties are engaged in cunnilingus
• mutual_fellatio - for when both parties are engaged in fellatio

Seems fair enough, but the tag should be populated before an implication.
