remove alias sleeveless_sweater -> sweater_vest

Though actual sweater vests are still very popular; a hell of a lot of the images that would be tagged sleeveless_sweater are clearly not vests/sweater vests.
Such as post #3339414, all the sleeveless turtleneck, the virgin killer sweater with it's variations and, a number of sweater dresses are sleeveless as well.

EDIT: The bulk update request #1887 (forum #152964) has been approved by @Type-kun.

I never really understood why this alias existed in the first place so +1 at removing it.
