Do you mean favorite groups? Go to your profile and click on the number after “Favorite Groups”, then click “New” in the menu at the top. You can add posts either by inputting the post IDs when editing the favorite group or you can click on “Add to fav group” when viewing a post.
Or do you mean the public pools? Those are for series and broadly agreed on subjective themes, not personal favorites.
