is there a tag for boys/girls out of frame?

I tried searching "~1boy ~multiple_boys -faceless_male -head_out_of_frame" and in around half the results the male in question was just a penis.

Is there a method to exclude such pictures (or any other instance where the boy/girl is no more than a body part sticking out of the frame?)

That should be the out of frame tag.

There is also faceless in case faceless male wasn't used.
