Does this qualify as bad_feet?

I've been wondering, does her foot qualify as bad_feet?

Doesn't it seem bent in an unnatural way, as if it's broken? It could be just me, though.

It’s possible to turn one’s leg to make the foot point that way but the foot itself can’t bend like that (unless you break a few metatarsal bones). I don’t think it’s bad enough to warrant the bad_feet tag, though.
