Name format needs changing, and needs some implications

EDIT: The bulk update request #1718 (forum #147897) has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

That's not how implications are supposed to be done. The above will try to create an implication to the char:okita_souji_(fate)_(all) tag. You can only use type tags (char,copy,gen,art,meta) for mass updates.

Use the following instead:

update okita_souji_alter_(fate) -> okita_souji_(alter)_(fate) char:okita_souji_(fate)_(all)
imply okita_souji_(fate) -> okita_souji_(fate)_(all)
imply okita_souji_(alter)_(fate) -> okita_souji_(fate)_(all)

https://danbooru.donmai.us/forum_topics/15356 doesn't seem to be getting any attention.

Is there something I missed or needs to be done?

okita_souji_alter_(fate) kept getting repopulated because it was the one give in "translated tags"
