* Could you happen to know this artist's name?
* Would you kindly write similar artists' names that draw bodies with such a wide gap between legs?
* Is there a tag for that?

The Danbooru forum generally doesn't assist with things unrelated to the site. The tag we use for that is thigh_gap though the ones in that example are so extreme that you likely won't find many similar ones here.
