Tag implication: glowing_horn -> glowing; glowing_horns -> glowing, horns

• Two or more glowing horns are horns.
• The glowing horn and the glowing horns are glowing. This is consistent with the fact that glowing eye and glowing eyes (and other "glowing..." tags) imply glowing.

Aside from that, I'm okay with all except the glowing horn to horn one - what about cases where a character has multiple horns, only one of which is glowing eg. the guy with braids in post #2180804?

Update: I populated glowing_horns and glowing_horn better. Now the former has 100+ posts, and the latter has 30+ posts.

You're right, I retract the glowing_horn -> horn one. It goes without saying that the post you mentioned should have glowing_horn and horns, not horn.
