I don't want any controversy to be made because of that. I don't even know who the original Artist is..
There was a trademark that says "Shuuzo3". I tried tagging his name but it didn't works since he/she is new.

There's nothing wrong, you and the artist just share a similar handle: artist #160922

No, it seems the issue is that the user reuploaded unsourced art to his own Pixiv account, then reuploaded it from there to Danbooru, and then was mistakenly given his own artist entry.
Please don’t upload third-party edits like that one. See help:third-party_edit. Upload the original instead. Btw, removing the artist signature from an image is really rude.
