Carmilla complicates things since she is technically Elizabeth Bathory also, but I think for purposes of identification it's better to keep her separate. It seems likely the Wada Arco version will get an assassin version anyway.

Not sure on that. They said Mecha Liz was the last time she was going to be the focus of Halloween. As for the tags, that all seems to check out. As for Carmilla, she's technically Liz's assassin version, but as her own character you're probably right to leave her out of the implication list.
