Breastless clothes + I-13/I-14

Hello.
Regarding the two new submarines for KanColle I-13_(kantai_collection) (and I-14), they wear a crop top with holes where the breasts are. Normally they wear a swimsuit, but the crop top is definitely a nippleless clothes.
So when they wear a swimsuit, should we still tag breastless_clothes?

EDIT Changed the question from nippleless to breastless. Although I think both could be discussed.

I thought nippleless clothes was for clothing that specifically doesn't cover the nipples (like in post #2489210) - whilst breastless clothes is for clothing like the clothes in question which don't cover the breasts at all?

While there are a couple of cases of breastless clothes being worn alongside other clothing which cover the breasts (post #2631232) I would expect most people searching for such a tag would not be looking for such things...

breastless_clothes leave the breasts exposed. What you're looking for is framed_breasts.
