I haven't found any indication that Polestar Preschool (ポーラスター幼稚園) is named after Paula's family. I'm pretty sure this is an unofficial assumption and no Japanese sites seem to use ポーラ・ポーラスター for her name (only foreign wikis). There is some proof that her family name is actually Jones instead:

Some Japanese fan sites like this one do use those full names like "Pola Jones" (Paula Jones?) (ポーラ・ジョーンズ) and "Jeff Doughnut" (Jeff Do(ugh)nuts?) (ジェフ・ドーナッツ) though they appear to be rarely used in general. The alternate naming for Jeff seems to come from the "An" being his father's given name and not part of his family name.
