I've half a mind to alias instead but an implication is likely to be less controversial.

A coast is simply the shore of the ocean.

A Google search tells me beach, shore, and coast are used interchangeably, and that's reflected in the tags' usage where they're all beaches.

shore does have an extra wrinkle where it's not exclusive to oceans and includes rivers and lakes, which post #2388250 would fit under but not beach.

I'm changing it to an alias, because there's no need for two tags for the same thing.

The tag implication coast -> shore has been rejected.
