Two potential issues:
Should the teeth tag be used where the teeth are represented by a featureless solid white block filling the mouth as in post #2604674 and so many others?
Also, if the teeth are hidden behind, say, a mouth guard but would be visible were this cover not present, then can it still count as a grin?
It's worth pointing out that there's dilution of the teeth tag with images where the teeth aren't prominent as a result of the implication from round teeth and clenched teeth. Even in the case of clenched teeth, though, you almost invariably at least get a (sometimes partial) line between top and bottom teeth, which isn't the case with grin.
