Piercing tags

Hello.
I wanted to ask, regarding we have over 8000 posts tagged with piercing if we could also define what types of piercing we have. And I'm not talking about nose, tongue, navel, nipple or clitoris piercings, but how the piercing is visible (I'm lacking words)
Anyway, I am no expert in piercings, but I have read them the two most common piercings are the barbell piercing and the captive bead piercing.
As you can see, both tag have a post count of zero, so I wonder if those two tags are really necessary.

I say if there's a willingness to populate the tag then I'm for it. Piercings are a very common tag, after all. Being able to sort them better sounds like a great choice in my opinion, since we already have nipple piercing, navel piercing, ear piercing, and clitoris piercing among other things.

Ah, reminds me I should tag those.

May I ask though what the difference between earrings and ear_piercings are?
I mean, we can't simply imply earrings with piercings, because it would water down the piercing tag, but what is meant by that?

E: Ok, I think I've read the difference. But I still say that we shouldn't make an implication from earrings ("earlop piercing") to piercing.

We do have nipple bar and nipple rings tags, and nose ring / nose stud tags too. So there are a few tags for the type of jewelry (bar vs. ring vs. stud), but they're tied to specific piercing types. It would be good to have tags for the jewelry itself, separate from the piercing type.

Well, like I mentioned above, the two main types (apparantly) are the
barbell piercing (which are those bars) and the captive bead ring (nipple "ring").

So we could create implication to those, maybe? Like I said I'm no expert in piercings, but that could be a first step to first pool the most common types of piercings and then the exception and not so common types.

I've just created two wiki pages, one for the barbell_piercing and one for the captive_bead_ring.
Both don't have much posts, yet. And I think both wiki pages are far from being perfect. So I'd be glad if they could get improved.
And for know, I think that I'll tag piercing post the corresponding body part:
Nipple
Lips
Eyebrow
Ear
Nose
Tongue
Neck
Wrist/Finger/Feet
Navel
Clitoris
Labia

And probably one should also imply the barbell piercing and captive bead ring to piercing.
Should we also let it imply jewelry? I'm uncertain, because of posts like post #194112, since it is only worn by the stuffed animal and not by the person. Should that be important?

I edited captive bead ring a little for spelling, and I think I will try to find a couple of safe examples for the pages, since all of the examples they have right now are explicit or questionable. Nice work making them!
