As per the wiki (hoodie).

Although I personally don't see the difference between a hoodie and a hooded jacket, could someone tell me why these must be separate? It's resulted in what seems to me to be redundant and under used *_hoodie tags which could instead be *_sweater. The distinction as explained on Wikipedia seems to merely be one of material used and usage by athletes.

So going by the wiki this implication seems needed but ideally I think we'd change things a bit more.

They're hard to tell if the front part isn't showed but they're different. ( similar to cardigan and sweater )

I don't use sweatshirt tag. It's really ambiguous to me.
