Took long enough.
And now: is there a page to change that? There is a page for flag notice and upload notice, but I can't detect the same for the appeal notice. i#m sure it's there and this passage need to be corrected.

Just FYI, with the recent commit, the post appeal text can now be changed via the wiki Help:Appeal Notice. I updated it a bit to remove the "10 Janitors" language, but chime in if you think it needs to be updated more...
