Open_eyes

I noticed the tag open eyes is used improperly, using it with every character with open eyes, while the description precise of using the tags only to characters who rarely open their eyes
Also i have used the tag incorrectly, so i'll remove the tag from the post where i changed the tags, also sorry for bad english :)
(I thought to turn the tag in a pool to avoid these misunderstandings)

There are a few tags that suffer from this sort of thing. casual is another one. I'm not sure turning them into a pool is the right solution, though. Really all that can be done is to purge erroneous uses and if you see someone doing it a lot to contact them to let them know that they're using the tag incorrectly, and what the correct usage is.
