Change "saddle_shoes" to "two-tone_shoes"

I think it might be a good idea to change the saddle_shoes tag to a two_tone shoes tag (there aren't enough posts in the saddle_shoes tag to let an alias request be approved. Not only would this possibly up the number of qualifying posts, but of the 10 that are already there, only two or three actually show shoes that would be considered saddle shoes (the rest are either two toned wingtips or in one case, boots with a colored toecap)
