I've added trainer-san_(himura_kiseki) to the request. Though, IMO, I think Ai should be "Ai-chan" (has she ever been referred to officially without an honorific or a different one?). Though changing that would probably mean friend/sister/mother would need to be changed to match. I'm curious to see how those characters will be credited if and when they appear in the anime.

On that note, the friend is called バレー部ちゃん (Volley-bu-chan) in the anime credits, from being on the volleyball team.

I think Ai should be renamed to Ai-chan, both out of consistency with the other characters and to match the Pixiv tag. I'm also considering the _(tawawa) qualifier since it's short.

Here's what I think:

Revised Aliases

alias ai_(himura_kiseki) -> ai-chan_(tawawa)
alias kouhai-chan_(himura_kiseki) -> kouhai-chan_(tawawa)
alias ai's_friend_(himura_kiseki) -> volleyball-chan_(tawawa)
alias ai's_sister_(himura_kiseki) -> ai-chan's_sister_(tawawa)
alias ai's_mother_(himura_kiseki) -> ai-chan's_mother_(tawawa)
alias trainer-san_(himura_kiseki) -> trainer-san_(tawawa)

The friend's "name" looks like a transliteration, which is why I went with "volleyball-chan" instead of "volley-bu-chan." Let me know if this works.

バレー部 means "volleyball team", not simply "volleyball", and also Kouhai-chan and Trainer-san are already direct transliterations. Though I will admit Volleyball-chan does looks less awkward.
