can we possibly move the choko character tag to a choko_(chokkoto_sister) tag or something and use the simple choko tag for the object?

So, should I re-tag all choko pics to choko_(chokotto_sister) manually?

Would there be any harm in leaving choko empty as a disambiguation page that points to the other two tags?

It's better to do tag moves as mass updates because that way it will migrate saved searches too (this is a new thing added last month in issue #2674 but never announced).
