No, just like uploaders don't get a notification when one of their uploads get flagged.
When issue #2672 gets implemented, it would allow for notifications on different events, to include uploaded/approved posts getting flagged, although the user would have to sign up for those particular events.
Right now though, all approvers can do is search for {approver:username status:flagged} or {approver:username status:deleted}.
