This tag seems like an unnecessary replacement for a simple two-tag search.

Unless I'm mistaken, shouldn't it be all one one line? Like this:

mass update jacket_off_shoulders -> jacket off_shoulder

I seem to remember another case where it didn't work because apparently the lines were implemented in order and the first one screwed up the second. If I'm remembering right then in this case that would mean that there would be nothing to update for the second update line.
