By now, dress hold is aliased to skirt_hold.
The wiki states that the skirt/dress is lifted in a non-sexual way. But skirts and dresses aren't the same thing and apparantly we have 65 pages (à 20 posts) with a skirt_hold dress search.
So...it appears that there is a good amount of dresses with this tag so in my eyes, this alias is no longer needed.
+1 to removing dress_hold and dress_basket aliases, then aliasing dress_carry to dress basket instead.
Reason:
dress lift -- skirt lift
dress tug -- skirt tug
dress in mouth -- skirt in mouth
dress grab -- skirt grab
All without aliases, and all for the most part similar visually.
Note: I didn't include dress pull and skirt pull since they are completely different visually.
It does look like there's enough there to separate the two.
Incidentally, a quick dress_lift rating:s -panties search showed that the dress_lift tag is in need of some serious cleanup.
remove alias dress_hold -> skirt_hold
unalias dress_basket -> skirt_basket
imply dress_in_mouth -> dress
imply skirt_in_mouth -> skirt
imply dress_grab -> dress
imply skirt_grab -> skirt

I have no objections to approving this one, but all antecedent tags for implications - dress_in_mouth, skirt_in_mouth, dress_grab, skirt_grab - should receive some clean-up first, to make sure that dresses are not mistagged as skirts and the other way around.

Well, good thing I didn't approve it. This conflicts with topic #13504, it should be resolved first.
