For a while now the Next and Prev buttons don't show up anymore. A and D keys won't work either. I've tried multiple Browsers but it doesn't work on any. The buttons do still appear for Pools but not for regular searches.

It seems that the "?tags=" part in your URL is needed for navigation. A posted accessed through a clean direct link does not show the navigation bar.
If you want to navigate through all posts on Danbooru, you can simply search for id:>=1. The navigation bar should be available on every post you open up.
