Antecedent: huge_testicles implies testicles

Multiple (1), small (4), extra (2), biting (11), bouncing (10), and testicles touching (14) all have very low image populations. They don't seem to require an implication at this point in time.

Definitions to determine what constitutes what for the the large testicles, small testicles, and huge testicles tags is necessary. Particularly to distinguish large from huge.

The bulk update request #665 has been rejected.

Reason: The majority of the tags currently lack sufficient image counts to justify an implication, concerns of what constitutes the differences between the various size tags have been unanswered (thus some of these tags may simply be nuked), and I finally have some new concerns of caressing, sucking, and squeezing testicles. In the last case, could it not be possible to have a depiction of such acts (particularly since the ball_<action> naming of the tag are aliased over) through clothing, such as spandex or something similar?
