The tag alias spoken_character -> spoken_person has been rejected.

Could this be accomplished with a bulk update (or manually, considering the number of posts) rather than an alias? "Character" has multiple meanings, and I wonder if it might see alternative use as a tag for non-alphanumeric characters that aren't already covered by a tag like spoken ellipsis or spoken exclamation mark.

I don't see the point of creating these as aliases. spoken_character is not a natural string to search for.
