create implication horizontal_stripes -> striped

If even an striped_background (-> no clothing) implies striped why shouldn't these tags this imply as well?

What if these stripes are on a flag or emblem? Do they warrant the striped tag?

"Clothes or objects that are striped."
A flag is an object so I guess yes. Same for emblem.
