Yeah, that 2-year-old limit is probably the cause of all these insanely huge percentages. If someone just happened to have all their faves from over 2 years ago, the calculation spits out these large percentages due to division by zero.

Interesting feature, even if the report is still a bit basic and confusing for now.
For example, most of the images by the users in my list aren't even in my own favorite list, so I'm not sure how exactly the report is even generated.
What I would personally like to see is a report, which counts maybe the top 100 highest tags included in all your favorites, shown as a ranking list based on percentages.
For example, let's say out of a pool of 100 favorites, 90 are tagged 1girl, 60 are tagged touhou and 3 are tagged bathtub, the report would show you:
1. 1girl (90%)
2. touhou (60%)
3. bathtub (3%)
This report would be useful to yourself to have a nice overview of your own liking, and it could also be used for match makings with other users who like touhou and hate bathtubs.

36114200.00%
1208200.00%
45808500.00%
39338100.00%
0.00%The 0% one isn't even actually 0%.
Is it because your favs are so generously proportioned that they count exponentially more? :D

Did you wait until the result was displayed or did you reload the report page? The latter might have interrupted the report creation resulting in those weird numbers.
What he's talking about was a bug that was happening all the time before. Now it's fixed which is why it's not happening to you.

I see. I asked because the report worked just fine for me right from the start and displayed that very same erratic behaviour after I reloaded the report page a day later.
/reports/similar_users says:
You need at least 200 favorites before Danbooru can calculate users similar to you.
but user #431742 says:
Favorites 233
UPD: Fixed in issue #2574
