@imhypnotized I do not see why not. Many Touhou characters have days dedicated for them, the most famous of which is Cirno Day, but it's not the only one (e.g. Koishi Day and Kaguya Day). As long as the reasoning for the date is properly explained in the wiki, you can go with it

I guess it's not a specific type of coat, so I'd tag it as cropped jacket + see-through jacket (similar cases on this tag). Frilled jacket would also apply.
This is an answer key to a spot the difference game (which it is the child of). Do we already have a tag for answer keys I'm not aware of, or would it be safe to go ahead and create a tag (as I do think that is something worth tagging)?

I think it is more common than not to NOT have that. I would only tag that triangle as modesty panel or modesty cover when it is present.
Though it is not really reasonable to start tagging that now. There are too many serafuku posts were neither is tagged.

That's fair, though the same insert or attachment also applies to other low-cut woman's clothing like camisoles, rather than just sailor uniforms.
I'm not sure what the transparent thing is on Maris' leg in post #8941610. It also appears to be opaque on her foot and the upper part of her leg, I have never seen this on a character before let alone VTubers

To me that looks like a leg made of water, which would fit with her tentacles (octopus girl). Magically transitions into skin in the upper leg
