should there be a separate tag for posts like post #4235299, post #4300304, post #4367302, post #4346765, etc where a girl's getting fucked with her arms held behind her back by the guy?
arms_behind_back sex_from_behind does find many posts like this, but there are a ton of false positives like post #4408369 where her hands are just behind her on her own and it's nowhere near a usable replacement
i'm happy to make one, but i'm not sure what to name it. perhaps something like arms_held_behind_back?

arm_grab and arm_held_back seem like what you're looking for.

Is mosaic censoring or pixelated more correct?

mosaic censor, I believe. since the image also includes an identity censor it’s clear that the intention is to make the face censored, rather than being half pixel and half normal art.
the pixelated wiki also addresses this idea for tagging.
From the wiki:
For censored images that use an obscuring, pixelated blur, use mosaic censoring instead of this tag.

hi, i have 4 question and 1 request
post #4457820
Do i tag this with 5 others or 5 girls? i mean, it's a disembodied head.
Do that second from the right head warrant hakurei_reimu_(cosplay)? it's just her ribbon.
If i didn't know it's context before it's translated, do i still tag it or should i wait (eg: post #4457820, without knowing the commentary, i don't know if it's a real game_cg or fake_screenshot. post #4454671, i tagged it first with rice, but after translation, it's revealed that it's salt)
Also, does anyone know any good tips on differentiating all kind of fashion and clothing? it's hard for me to know when to tag dress and stuff like that.
Can anyone help me editing the wiki of most of the new touhou character (from DDC and up) so that they have typical tags like the one before for easier tagging? most of the help i need is identifying what kind of clothing do they use (fashion is so complicated lol)
thanks cattywampus

Your questions, in order:
I would call that 5 girls. While they are in fact just heads, they are obviously gendered as female, and the character that said heads belong to is also a known female.
As for cosplay, I'd say it's warranted. There's only so much you can do to cosplay when you're a disembodied head, and hair accessories are a big part of that.
If you're unsure, you can usually get an idea of the general gist of things by doing a quick google translate. In this case, the image seems to be part of an april fool's joke, so I'd call it a fake screenshot.
For fashion and clothing, what really helps is to look at other posts, and to some extent, just practice. When starting out with a new character, it's always good to take a look at the related tags in the upload field and see what shows up. I also personally like to take a look at other posts featuring the character and see what other people put in the tags. For stuff like when to use specific tags, reading the wiki of that particular tag is usually your best bet. If you're still unsure, you can always ask here on the how to tag forum, or in the tagging help section of the discord server.
As for editing the wiki to add more tags, that's a bit of a contentious matter. Some people like it, some people hate it, but while it's still a matter of debate it's probably best to avoid making widespread changes towards one particular style until more of a consensus has been reached.
