I'm not sure what you mean by opaque but I don't think it would convey the meaning you intended. If you're referring to the way her foot is rendered only as a silhouette, the closest tag we have would be something like unfinished or work_in_progress.

Also, we don't divide up tags for body parts or postures into right or left versions. Doing so would result in a combinatorial explosion of gratuitously specific tags like outstretched_right_hand, left_breast_out, right_eye_closed, right_hand_on_own_left_knee, and so on. Our list of tags is already cumbersome enough to manage without going into such fine detail.
