Noticed the last one didn't exist, ended up on a tag adventure and found a few more.

The wiki for scrunchie says that it is for a "hair tie". I'm not necessarily sure the "scrunchie" tag should be limited to hair, but the distinction is important enough (wearing a scrunchie in the hair may be rarer for some characters and is harder to search without that distinction, for instance: post #1696897, post #925436) that I think we should start populating a separate hair_scrunchie tag if they are implicated.

If scrunchie colors and patterns are considered tag-worthy, they ought to imply the base tag. plaid_scrunchie, print_scrunchie, polka_dot_scrunchie, and striped_scrunchie already do. The tag counts on some of these are admittedly low, but I'm starting a tag script to bring them up.
