Really annoying search timeout.

So, I've been trying to browse the earliest kantai collection pictures plus some other searches for curiosity's sake. Sadly, no matter what seach function I've tried it ALLWAYS times out.

I've tried sort by I'd, sort by date, limit posts per page, and all sorts of strange eand contorted things that users or the cheatsheet can provide.

Any chance we can get this fixed?

Well, that's not exactly a fix but it'll do for now I guess.

kantai_collection order:id takes 8.5 seconds so you would need to upgrade to a platinum account for it to work.

There's a way to do it that's faster though: search for kantai_collection limit:200, then go to the last page and look at the last image. This query only takes 1.5 seconds and should work for you.

How do you tell how long a specific query takes?

I used firefox's developer tools (Ctrl+Shift+Q for network) to see how long the request took.
