create alias oil_drum -> drum_(container)
create alias metal_drum -> drum_(container)
alternative tags that have been used at some point in the past.
In forum #103279 while separating these out from wooden barrels it was raised as a concern that metal_drum may be confused with steelpan (musical instrument from the Caribbean); however now that aliased tags are displayed in all search and tagging autocompletion suggestions, that is probably not an issue any longer.
The tag alias oil_drum -> drum_(container) has conflicting wiki pages. drum_(container) should be updated to include information from oil_drum if necessary.

Also, while editing wikis, noticed that oil_barrel was also in use at some point, so:
create alias oil_barrel -> drum_(container)
