The majority of images tagged combat boots are also lace-up boots, but not all of them have laces, so I was hesitant to add the combat_boots -> lace-up_boots implication. I'm wondering if there needs to be some gardening here, since other websites defining them have the laces.
Metal boots and armored boots appear to be tagged the same as greaves, so should there be an alias for these or are they distinct?
