For some reason, I was trying to upload an image from here: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=48236500
Then I got this weird error:

I actually got this kind of error before when I tried to upload an image from a twitter source.
Anyone know why this might be happening...?
