Trouble making blacklist

Today I decided to make a blacklist. Unfortunately whenever I try to add any tags to it, something breaks. Are blacklists only allowed for premium members?

I think that regular members are only allowed to edit it once.

I tried adding yaoi to my blacklist but when I went back to remove it, I got a something broke.
