create implication anal_fingering -> anal
Anal fingering is by definition a form of anal penetration. There is also precedent in anal fisting -> anal.
EDIT: Whoops, didn't see topic #10448. Or topic #3287, where I apparently brought this up 4 years ago. Dang. In any case, we ought to be consistent between anal fisting and anal fingering.

Really? Anal fingering can involve simply rubbing the entrance to the anus, which is why this anal_fingering -> anal implication doesn't work. But for fisting, I don't think rubbing counts. Penetration should be a requirement there, so the implication anal_fisting -> anal seems to make sense.
Yeah, thinking about this further I believe you're right. post #1629631 is a counter-example.
I guess I'll tag script it for the cases where there is penetration, because it seems to be settled by now that anal penetration in general counts as anal, not just anal sex.
