Need help with identification

I found the original to this picture not so long ago, but did not save it, and cannot find it anymore, and I am really looking for a source.

This guy looks like he is from a game, and I would like to know which. Someone told me the art ressembled something from NIS AMERICA, and he is right. Someone else told me it was from Luminous Arc, but I failed to find any such character in the game art.

So, is he actually from a game or not? I need a name, please. Thanks in advance, guys.

Meh, I already did go to /v/ and someone told me it looked like a character from Luminous Arc.

For clarification, you do not upload bad quality images, especially not just so you can beg for sauce. That's not what Danbooru is for. If someone told you it looked like Luminous Arc, you can try searching for that title, but that's it.

As others said, please do not upload images simply to ask for source. Danbooru is a very different sort of imageboard from a *chan.
