If you just want to know the times of different releases, check this page. e.g. It tells you 2.54.3 was released 17 days ago, 2.50.0 on May 11, whatever. When Albert puts a new entry on that page it means he updated the server.
ghostrigger's link has that as well as a full list of every change, so use that if you want a changelog of sorts.

More likely "2.55.0" instead of "2.54.4".
That update isn't live yet, you might want to wait until an update is live before posting in this thread, assuming the purpose is to notify people when the changes go live.

I guess they'll notice when it goes live.
The intention was to tell people what is going to come with the next update. New features are mentioned here and there in the forum, but not in one easy to find place.
